Race Equality Impact Assessments (REIA) are offered to all public and voluntary organisations at a very competitive price.  Unity's has created a REIA sub-group from its Management Committee membership.  These selected members have many years of experience in either delivering equality and diversity training or are active in championing the issues faced by the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities in Cornwall.  Using their knowledge and life experiences, as well as being able to tap into their own community this helps us to identify the issues and many gaps in services.

Unity are already being commissioned by the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly and Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Youth Offending Service for reviewing full race equality impact assessments.
